Accreditation Guidelines
- The applicant must be part of the editorial team, or on an assignment for a specific publication, website, broadcast media, or news service attending to specifically cover the event.
- Land Rover Burghley Horse Trials may request to view samples of previous work, or written confirmation from the publication.
- All photographers must carry full public liability and third party liability insurance. Evidence of such insurance must be available and produced on request during the Event.
- Completion of this application form does not guarantee automatic accreditation to the event. We are unable to accredit all applicants due to the high volume of demand. Previous accreditation is no guarantee it will be granted again.
- Applications close at 00.01 on 29th July 2022
- Successful applicants will be advised on or before 17th August 2022
- We do not accredit photographers or social media managers working on behalf of riders.
- Onsite media facilities including access to the media centre, wifi, mixed zones and photographers’ pens are only available to accredited media.
Freelancers
Freelance journalists’ and photographers’ applications must include a supporting letter from their editor confirming that they are commissioned to cover the event
