Can I bring a guest if I have a Membership?
Guest Badges are available should you wish to bring guests into the Members Enclosure. Up to 2 Guest Badges can be purchased per Membership or Caravan Membership. A valid Admission Ticket is required to gain entry to the event.
You can add these to your basket at checkout.
How do Car Park Passes work?
General Admission car parking passes will be included with your e-tickets, please have this ticket ready for scanning as you enter the car parking pay lanes.
Membership & Caravan Membership car parking passes will be posted as part of your Membership pack. Please display this pass in your vehicle before arriving at the Event, to allow external traffic management stewards to direct you to the correct gate.
I’m disabled, can I bring a carer with me?
Yes, you can. One carer per person, will be admitted free of charge, please call the Box Office on 01780 752131 to make your booking. Proof of carer status will be required.
Do I need to print my e-tickets?
No, you don’t need to print them we can scan them on your mobile when you arrive. To prevent any issues accessing your tickets online at the event, we strongly recommend downloading your tickets before getting to Burghley. You can add them to your wallet or take a screen shot of the QR codes.
I can’t find the email with my tickets?
Please check your spam or junk folder in case they've landed in there. If you are unable to find the email with your tickets, please click this link where you will be able request for the email to be resent.
The link in my confirmation email doesn't work
Right click (or press and hold on mobile device) on the link then copy and paste it into your Internet browser. This will take you to a page to download your e-tickets.
If you have a Tiscali email account, sometimes the download link doesn't appear. If this is the case please click the email resend link above and choose "Only the tickets as an attachment".
I cannot open or view my e-tickets
Our e-ticket files are in PDF format.
Adobe Acrobat Reader 4.0 or higher is required to view PDF files. This is a free program available from the Adobe web site. Follow the download directions on the Adobe web site to get your copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader.
