Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions the “Organiser”, “Us”, “Our” or “We” means Burghley Horse Trials Ltd (Registered Number 07087188) and “Event” shall mean Burghley Horse Trials.

1. This gift voucher is non refundable after purchase.
2. This gift voucher can only be redeemed against tickets purchased via the Burghley Horse Trials online ticketing website.
3. This gift voucher cannot be redeemed at the Event against the purchase of tickets or any other purchase.
4. This voucher is valid for 24 months from the date of purchase.
5. This voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or other vouchers.
6. There is no admission to the Event without an admission ticket.
7. Children 12 years and under are admitted to the Event free of charge. Children 13 years and older require a full price admission ticket.

9. All admission tickets, badges, car park labels and hospitality packages are sold subject to the Organisers reserving the right to refuse admission to Burghley Park to any person, or to withdraw permission at any time to remain in the Park, and they shall not be required to give any reason for such action. Save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the Organisers or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the Organisers, Burghley Horse Trials Limited, British Eventing Limited, the Trustees of Burghley House Preservation Trust Limited, nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, grooms, exhibitors, sponsors, spectators, dogs, land, cars, their contents and accessories or any other person or property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever.
10. The Organisers shall not be liable in respect of any loss or damage whatsoever arising from the abandonment, cancellation or postponement of the Defender Burghley Horse Trials, or any such eventuality.
11. No refunds or duplicates will be issued. This includes all lost, forgotten, unused or surplus car passes, admission tickets and Members’/guest badges.
