Defender Burghley In Top Ten UK Sporting Events Of 2017
It will be no surprise to the event’s many loyal fans that Defender Burghley once again features in the Top Ten list of UK sporting events, as published in Deloitte’s annual Sports Events Report 2017 this week.
Defender Burghley 2017 was truly one to savour with fabulous weather providing the perfect backdrop to a British 1-2-3 on the final day, with the popular Oliver Townend reclaiming the title he first won back in 2009.
Other sporting greats on the Top Ten list include Wimbledon, The Open and Royal Ascot but Burghley followers will be excited to hear that plans are well underway already to ensure that Defender Burghley is even better than ever in 2018.
