Read MoreIn a new initiative for 2024, we welcome applications to join the Burghley team as a dressage scribe or live scoring computer operator at the Defender Burghley Horse Trials on Thursday 5th and Friday 6th September 2024.
The role would ideally suit an FEI Judge or National Judge wishing to gain experience, support career progression as an Eventing Judge, or for current experienced dressage scribes. Applications would also be welcomed from passionate Pony Club members (18+) who are keen to pursue a career in this area.
It is a pre-requisite to be proficient in the English language - spoken and written for both roles. For the live scoring computer operator role, it is essential that you have good IT skills.
We will provide a season ticket for the event and lunch will be provided on the Thursday and Friday. This is a self-funded role, you must be available for both days, able to provide your own travel, accommodation, and all other meals.
Please send applications to Orissa Rhodes by email: Orissa.Rhodes@burghley.co.uk, detailing your background and relevant experience in eventing and/or dressage.
Applications are now open and will close at 12pm on Monday 10th June.
